GSCare (Alpha, Beta,Theta)

This post needs to be revised as we find time to develop resources mentioned here.

Alpha

Alpha is the first letter of the Greek Alphabet. The goal of our Alpha network is to explore identity and relationship to God from a beginner perspective.

  • We are developing guides to do this:
  • Another way is to to do this is to take the Alpha Course.
  • As we explore relating to God, we also need to learn how to relate to others and process areas of our lives that will hinder developing a relationship with God. We are making suggestions and links in our John Devotional to resources that will help you explore Soul Wellness Topics.

Beta

Beta is the second letter of the Greek Alphabet. The goal of our Beta network is to develop our relationship with God from a learner perspective.

  1. See Daily Guide for those who have heard the Christmas Story before.

  2. We are developing studies in the Gospels of John, Luke and the Acts of the Apostles with resource suggestions to Soul Care Topics for those who are growing in a relationship with God.

Theta

Theta is the eighth letter of the Greek Alphabet. The goal of our Theta network is to mature in our relationship with God from a practical theology perspective.

  1. See Pittsburgh Seminary Advent Devotional

  2. We are developing resource link suggestions for  studies in the Gospels of John, Luke and the Acts of the Apostles with resource suggestions to Soul Care Topics for those who are maturing in their relationship with God.

  3. Soul Care Theta is based on Rob Reimer’s Soul Care Book.
